Leah leads capital formation, investor relations, and marketing at Shamrock Capital. Prior to joining Shamrock in 2021, Leah was Senior Vice President in the Business Development & Marketing group at Canyon Partners, LLC, where she focused on US institutional investor relationships and oversaw global Operational Due Diligence. She also previously worked at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment in the Business Affairs department.

Leah graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a CAIA Charterholder.
