Spencer is a Vice President, Value Creation Team at Shamrock Capital. Prior to joining Shamrock, Spencer was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transaction Services consulting group, leading financial and commercial diligence processes.

Spencer graduated with a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from the University of Southern California.
