Rebecca is an Operating Partner at Shamrock Capital, where she leads value creation and human capital for the Private Equity Strategy. Prior to joining Shamrock in 2026, she was Senior Director of Portfolio Support at Advent International, where she focused on the Consumer and Healthcare sectors, as well as Senior Vice President of Growth at Serent Capital. Prior to her work in the private equity sector, Rebecca had extensive operational experience in consumer and media including roles at PepsiCo, Mylan, Avon, and McKinsey, among others.

Rebecca graduated from Yale University.
