Behrad is a Principal on the Value Creation Team at Shamrock Capital, where he partners with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic and operational initiatives. Prior to joining Shamrock in 2026, Behrad was Chief Operating Officer of Imagine Impact, a Benchmark-backed media SaaS business spun out of Imagine Entertainment, where he oversaw day-to-day operations, finance, and go-to-market as the company scaled. Prior to that, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he led digital transformations for companies across technology, media, telecommunications, and retail. He began his career with the U.S. Department of Defense, serving in Afghanistan.

Behrad graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as a Palmer Scholar.
