Shamrock Will Retain Minority Stake in the Company Following its Acquisition by Abry Partners

LOS ANGELES – July 3, 2018 – Shamrock Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment firm, today announced the completion of Screenvision Media’s acquisition by Abry Partners. Shamrock will retain a minority stake in the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
